History
LeanNova Engineering AB was founded 1 February 2012. The establishment was done to capture key engineering competences from SAAB Automobile AB. These competences are based on the heritage from many years of automotive engineering for Saab and GM in several global projects.
Milestones:
- February 1, 2012, Leannova Engineering AB founded as an independent company
- February, 2012, LeanNova opens office at Innovatum in Trollhattan
- February 2012, Partners with Combitech
- April 1, 2012, 20 full-time employees and 3 customers
- May 2012, LeanNova website launched
- May 2012, First contract with UK Car manufacturer
- May 2012, First contract with Chinese Car manufacturer
- May 2012, Partners with Altair
- July 1, 2012, 55 full-time employees and 15 different customers with several projects
- September 2012, First contract with German Car manufacturer
- October 1, 2012, 85 full-time employees and more than 20 different customers with several
projects
- October 2012, LeanNova opens a project office at Stallbacka in Trollhattan
- January 2013 100 full-time employees
- February 1, 2013, LeanNova celebrates one year as an independent company
- March 1, 2013, opening of the new head quarter at Flygfältsvägen, Trollhättan
- April 2013, over 130 full-time employees
